What Milabee Does

Milabee is a browser extension and website that helps you earn cash back at participating stores. We may also show store offers and coupon codes. When you activate cash back and complete a qualifying purchase, the store or its affiliate network pays us a commission, and we share part of it with you. Milabee is free to use.

Cash back rates, store participation, coupons, and offer terms vary and can change at any time. We show the rate available to us before you activate, but the store and affiliate network make the final eligibility decision.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a legal agreement to use Milabee. The Services are for your personal, non-commercial use.

You need an account to keep and redeem cash back. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and tell us at support@joinmilabee.com if you believe someone else accessed it. One account per person. You may not transfer or sell your account.

Cash Back & Rewards

How it works

Cash back is tracked when you activate an offer through Milabee and complete a purchase. Earnings start as “pending” while the merchant confirms the transaction. Most purchases are confirmed within 30–90 days. Travel-related purchases, including hotels, flights, and rental cars, can take longer and may not be confirmed until sometime after your trip, stay, or rental is completed. Once confirmed, your balance becomes available.

Qualifying purchases

The store’s terms and exclusions apply. Cash back is generally calculated on the subtotal of eligible items, excluding taxes, shipping, fees, gift cards, and other excluded products or categories. Returns, cancellations, partial refunds, using another cash back or affiliate service, or using an unapproved coupon can prevent or reduce cash back. We often cannot confirm eligibility until the store reports the purchase to us.

Payouts

You can request a payout once your available balance reaches the current minimum payout threshold, which is $10. Payout methods, minimums, availability, and processing times may change.

Payouts are delivered by a third-party payments provider. We pass them your payout email address and the amount; we never collect or hold your card, bank, or PayPal login details. Some payout methods need you to complete a final step with the provider (for example, accepting a PayPal or Venmo transfer). Until you complete that step the money may not reach you, and a payout we’ve sent successfully is not proof that you’ve claimed it. If a payout fails, we’ll return the amount to your balance so you can try again.

Your Milabee balance is a rewards balance, not a bank account. It does not earn interest, is not insured, and cannot be transferred to another user. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive.

Adjustments, reversals & clawbacks

Cash back depends on what the merchant and affiliate network ultimately confirm, and they can revise or reverse a transaction after the fact — most often when an order is returned, cancelled, partially refunded, or found to be fraudulent. When that happens we update the affected earnings to match, including after they’ve become available and including after they’ve been paid out. If a reversal lands after you’ve already cashed out, your balance can go negative, and we’ll recover the difference from future earnings rather than asking you for the money back. We’ll always show the change in your account history.

When cash back doesn’t track

Cash back only works when Milabee, the store, and the affiliate network can recognize and report the purchase. Ad blockers, privacy settings or tools, VPNs, cookie restrictions, other browser extensions or cash-back services, switching browsers or devices, and store or affiliate-network system failures can interfere with tracking. We’ll do our best to investigate, but if a purchase cannot be tracked or verified because of those factors or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, we may be unable to credit it and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for the missing cash back.

Referrals

You get a referral link you can share. When someone uses it to create a new account, Milabee may create a referral relationship between you. You earn a percentage of the eligible cash back Milabee credits to that person, funded by Milabee and never deducted from their rewards.

The current reward share for new referral relationships is 5%. The rate is locked when the referral relationship is created, so a later change to the global rate does not change that relationship. A valid relationship has no fixed end date, but it remains subject to these terms. Referral rewards follow the underlying reward: they stay pending while it is pending, confirm when it confirms, and are reduced or reversed proportionally if it is later reduced or reversed (see Adjustments above).

You cannot refer yourself or use duplicate, fake, automated, or misleading accounts to create referral rewards. Do not spam people, misrepresent Milabee, or share your link in a way that breaks the law or a platform’s rules. If you recommend Milabee publicly, clearly disclose that you may earn rewards when someone uses your link. Abuse may cost you referral rewards and access to the program or your account.

Program changes. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the referral program at any time, including its availability, eligibility rules, and future rewards. A program change alone will not retroactively reduce a referral reward that was already confirmed, though later purchase adjustments and reversals still apply.

Custom referral codes.You may personalize your referral code. Codes are public, must be available, and cannot impersonate a person or brand, suggest an affiliation you do not have, or contain offensive or misleading terms. There is a limit on how often you can change your code. We may reclaim, reset, or reassign a code that breaks these rules, infringes someone’s rights, or was registered to squat or resell. We will give you a replacement code, and your existing referrals stay intact. A referral code is something we let you use, not something you own.

$5 Signup Bonus

New users may receive a $5 bonus when they create an account and install the extension. This bonus is added to your pending balance and becomes available after your first qualifying purchase is confirmed. One bonus per person. If you delete your account, you will not be eligible to receive the bonus again by re-registering, whether with the same or a different email address. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.

Third-Party Stores

Milabee is not the seller of products you buy through participating stores. Your purchase is between you and the store and is governed by the store’s terms and privacy policy. The store, not Milabee, handles prices, product descriptions, inventory, shipping, returns, cancellations, warranties, and customer service.

Store, coupon, and offer information often comes from third parties. We work to keep it accurate, but we cannot promise every code will work, every description will be complete, or an offer will still be available when you use it. Milabee does not endorse or guarantee a store’s products or services, and we do not promise that an offer is the best available deal.

Feedback & Reviews

We sometimes ask how Milabee is going. Answering is always optional and never affects your cash back or your account. If you send us feedback, ideas, or a rating, you allow us to use it to improve Milabee without owing you anything for it. We may quote a review publicly only with the reviewer’s name as they published it — we never attach your earnings or shopping activity to a review.

Acceptable Use

Use Milabee like a normal person would. Don’t:

• Create fake accounts or make fraudulent purchases to earn cash back
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with Milabee
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension
• Buy and return items solely to collect cash back
• Abuse referral programs or other promotional offers
• Register again — with a different email address, or any other new identity — to claim a signup bonus, referral bonus, or any other one-per-person offer more than once
• Use Milabee to break the law, violate someone else’s rights, or interfere with the Services or another user

If we detect abuse, we may suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any pending earnings.

Intellectual Property

Milabee, our logo, the extension, and all related content are owned by us. You’re welcome to use Milabee as intended, but you can’t copy, modify, or distribute our stuff without permission.

Disclaimers

Milabee is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot promise the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that every cash back offer will track perfectly. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Merchant offers, rates, and availability can change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Milabee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you won’t exceed the amount of cash back you’ve earned in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

Some places do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits. In those places, these provisions apply only as far as the law permits and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as Milabee evolves. We’ll notify you of material changes through the extension or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Termination

You can stop using Milabee at any time by uninstalling the extension. You can also delete your account. Deleting it makes any remaining rewards balance unavailable, so redeem any eligible balance first. Account deletion cannot be undone.

We may suspend or terminate access when an account violates these terms, creates risk for Milabee or others, or when we are required to do so by law. Pending rewards connected to fraud, abuse, returns, or other ineligible activity may be withheld or forfeited.

A Few Legal Basics

These terms and the policies they link to are the agreement between you and Milabee about the Services. If one part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a provision right away, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You cannot transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of the Services.
