What Meela Does

Meela is a browser extension that automatically detects when you’re shopping at a partner merchant and offers to activate cash back. When you complete a qualifying purchase, the merchant pays us a commission, and we share a portion of that with you. That’s it — no hidden fees, no premium tiers.

Cash back rates vary by merchant and can change at any time. We show you the current rate before you activate.

Your Account

You need an account to earn and redeem cash back. You’re responsible for keeping your login info secure. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to game the system will get you banned.

You must be 18 or older to use Meela. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Cash Back & Rewards

How it works

Cash back is tracked when you activate an offer through Meela and complete a purchase. Earnings start as “pending” while the merchant confirms the transaction (this can take 30–90 days). Once confirmed, your balance becomes available.

Payouts

You can cash out once you reach the minimum payout threshold ($10). We’ll send the money to your chosen payout method. Payout options and processing times may vary.

When cash back doesn’t track

Sometimes cash back doesn’t track properly — usually because of ad blockers, other extensions interfering, or the merchant not reporting the transaction. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee every purchase will earn cash back.

$5 Signup Bonus

New users may receive a $5 bonus when they create an account and install the extension. This bonus is added to your pending balance and becomes available after your first qualifying purchase is confirmed. One bonus per person. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.

Acceptable Use

Use Meela like a normal person would. Don’t:

• Create fake accounts or make fraudulent purchases to earn cash back
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with Meela
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension
• Buy and return items solely to collect cash back
• Abuse referral programs or other promotional offers

If we detect abuse, we may suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any pending earnings.

Intellectual Property

Meela, our logo, the extension, and all related content are owned by us. You’re welcome to use Meela as intended, but you can’t copy, modify, or distribute our stuff without permission.

Disclaimers

Meela is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can’t promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every cash back offer will track perfectly. Merchant offers, rates, and availability can change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Meela is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you won’t exceed the amount of cash back you’ve earned in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as Meela evolves. We’ll notify you of material changes through the extension or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Termination

You can stop using Meela anytime by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If your account is terminated for cause, pending earnings may be forfeited.
